Hello!!  My name is Tosha Derrick and I look forward to assisting you as you work with one of our professional real estate agents to achieve your real estate goals, whether it be buying or selling!  As the current office manager, I promise to treat you with 100% of my attention and respect, no matter how large or small your needs may be.  My experience in a real estate office began over 5 years ago, and while I have had many opportunities to explore other careers outside of the real estate world, I truly feel that a real estate office is where I am meant to be!  Many friends and family have asked me throughout the years why I have chosen to not become licensed in real estate.  For me the answer is simple- I feel my passion for helping others is most efficient in an office environment; why mess up a good thing?   I am known as an outgoing person with a personality of never meeting a stranger!   At Heritage Group, my position is not a job to me; it’s a career, one driven by passion.  I love helping others and what a better way than to assist someone during one of the largest purchases made- investing in real estate!

On a personal note, I am happily married to my husband Scotty of 2 years and we currently reside in Westminster with our dog Sage.  No matter how busy work may keep us, we always strive each day to have fun!!  We love taking our camper for weekend trips or riding 4 wheelers or even random trips to the lake or river.  Of course like most females, I have a passion for shopping too!!  If in the future my husband and I decide to start a family, upstate South Carolina will continue to be a place we call home!!
